President Marcos, Jr. Leads Historic Land Title Distribution to Davao Farmers

February 7, 2024 - President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. officiated over the distribution of Land Electronic Titles (E-Titles) to over 2,600 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Region XI (Davao Region) during a ceremony held in the Rizal Memorial College Gym in Davao City.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) is distributing roughly 2,500 E-Titles across the Region, covering an area of approximately 3,560 hectares. The event elevates the Department's Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, which aims to improve land tenure security and protect ARB property rights. DAR announces its upcoming plan to give Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Awards (CCLOAs) to nearly 1,140,000 ARBs in various provinces and regions, covering an area of roughly 1,367,833 hectares worldwide.
